9 Years of Alpha Innovations

Alpha Innovations has reached a significant milestone, celebrating 9 years in its current form. While this decade marks a period of robust growth, our foundation rests on a much deeper industrial legacy, originating in the 1990s within Philips’ PITS division in Wavre in Belgium. Today, we leverage this historical expertise to engineer critical power solutions for the most demanding sectors, including rail, telecom, defense, healthcare, and industry.

A "Back to childhood" retreat to strengthen team synergy

To commemorate this anniversary, our 45 employees stepped away from their energy conversion systems for a memorable day dedicated to camaraderie and play. Under the theme "Back to Childhood," the team gathered to tackle unique collective challenges, far removed from test benches and wiring diagrams.

From friendly competition during group games to shared laughter over a communal meal, this event allowed everyone to reconnect. These moments of collective relaxation are vital, they foster the internal trust and communication necessary to successfully execute our clients' most complex projects.
