The good news: reflecting the overall punctuality rate (which rose from 87.5% in 2023 to 91.7% last year), the figures related to these technical incidents are trending downward thanks to innovation.

During an immersive tour of our production site, Minister Eléonore Simonet, Minister for SMEs, discovered how our teams transform complex components into essential safeguards for railway punctuality. She was accompanied by a delegation of about thirty key stakeholders, notably including Benoît Gilson (CEO of Infrabel) and Clarisse Ramackers (Director of Agoria).

In close collaboration with our partner Alstom, Alpha Innovations produces for Infrabel a component that has become pivotal: the Jade track circuits.

The discussion centered on the partnership with Infrabel regarding the deployment of 10,000 Jade 3 units over 10 years. This major contract, valued at tens of millions of euros between Infrabel and Alstom, represents a significant technological leap built on three pillars:

Extreme Engineering: Our "Jade" systems defy climatic laws, operating flawlessly from -25°C to +70°C. Where standard solutions fail, we guarantee service continuity.

Sustainability Economics (OPEX): With a certified 30-year lifecycle, we eradicate planned obsolescence to offer unparalleled long-term profitability for the national network.

Predictive maintenance: These smart units locate trains in real-time and eliminate failures, shifting maintenance toward a proactive anticipation strategy
