Unfortunately, it must be seen that the COVID-19 is still there in Europe, including in Belgium. The Belgian government has just decided to carry out a second confinement in our country. I’d like to take this opportunity to inform you we continue to offer the levels of service that you expect from the CE+T Group companies.

Our primary concern continues to be the health and safety of colleagues and their families, customers, our business partners and the local communities. For this reason, all the measures we could take are now in place, including working from home when possible, physical distancing in our factories and digital appointments are now the norm.

As our business is essential to keep our customers running smoothly, our installation team continues to operate but does so in a “COVID-19 Safe Mode” to keep everyone safe. Of course, our partners around the world have been invited to do the same.

As you will appreciate, your business continuity remains our concern. With all these efforts and measures strictly followed by everyone in the CE+T Group, we can continue our operation while guaranteeing everyone’s safety.

Therefore, we keep our customer service, engineering, manufacturing and account management fully operational during this time of crisis. Please reach your usual contact within the CE+T Group if you have a need for products or support in the coming days and weeks. All orders already taken will be delivered and we will be happy to accommodate any new orders you may have to ensure your business continuity, as we usually do.

In over 80 years of operations, CE+T has faced many challenges and we have always emerged stronger, we will overcome this challenging time as well.
