DISC training for improved internal communication

What is DISC?

DISC stands for Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C), and corresponds to four personality styles, determined by a color.

After a short test, every participant discovered his or her “color palette of personality”. It gives insight on their personality style strengths, limitations, and communication preferences, as well as insight into communicating with other DISC personality types.

Every person is unique

Everyone at Alpha Innovations has followed this training and therefore knows his or her own color but also to ones of colleagues. We have the tools to establish a better interpersonal communication in order to strengthen team cohesion, and thus to develop individual and collective performance!
