Description

The ECOR1048TN feeds DC loads from either AC power sources from 90 up to 265Vac or DC power sources from 85 up to 408Vdc. It measures the frequency to detect which power source it is (AC or DC) and automatically adapt to the situation.
 
The wide input ranges enable a wide range of applications, especially useful for the industrial market. It also enables the infrastructure management of telecom access nodes with a low total cost of ownership.
 
The ECOR1048TN can operate in harsh environment and large temperature range, from -40°C up to 80°C with a derating starting from 65°C. This also brings further savings in the thermal management design of cabinets and cooling costs.
 
Moreover, the ECOR1048TN is designed to have a long life expectancy and has an excellent MTBF of 500 000 hours calculated per Telcordia SR-332 RPP standard.
 
Redundancy diode on the output allows for hot-swap fault-tolerant insertion. The unit is protected by a smart output power limitation and against over-temperature, input undervoltage, input overvoltage (up to 300Vac without damage) and output overvoltage.
 
It can be integrated into our ACE or CAPTIN shelves and connected to our monitoring solutions, creating a wide range of opportunities such as: highly reliable controls of costs in energy consumption, load management, environmental operating conditions, inventory management, site maintenance and intervention.
